Assign a Profile

NOTE:    This feature is only available for reefer devices.
NOTE:    Customer Care must create a profile before you can assign it.

This feature allows you to assign a specific profile to one or more selected assets. When selecting multiple assets, make sure the asset’s devices are of the same type. Check the Product Type column if you are not sure.

  1. From Asset View > Reefer Status Report, select an asset from the Asset ID column.

  2. From the icon list, click , and then select Assign Profile.

  3. From the dialog box, use the Profiles drop-down menu to select the profile you want to assign.

  4. Click Assign Profile.
