Reefer Status Report

This report is available from the Asset View menu.

View all your reefer assets at the same time to know which assets are moving, have open doors, are outside a geofence, and much more.

• To view the history for any asset, click an item in the Asset ID column.

• To view any notes for a specific asset, click (Notes) next to the appropriate Asset ID.

• To view the location of the asset on a map, click an item in the Address, City, State, or Country column.

• To view the Temperature Profile Report, click an item in the Temperature Profile column.

• To view the Maintenance Report, click an item in the (Maintenance Alert) column.

• To view other reports, click any selectable icons or text to go directly to the associated report.

Send a Command from the Reefer Status Report

1. From Asset View > Reefer Status Report, select one or more assets in the Asset ID column.

2. Click to send a command or schedule commands.

3. Follow the steps below depending on the Product Type selected.

   1. Click Send to send a Capture Cargo Image or click Schedule.

   OR

   1. Click Multi Action, Poll, Restart, Independent, FSMA, or Carrier.

   2. Specify the command to send, or when available, click View Schedules for the selected device, or click Schedule.

      If Multi Action:

      Parameter	Send Command Options
      Power	On, off, do not change
      Zone x Power Alert	On, off, do not change
      Operation Mode	Continuous, start / stop, do not change mode of operation
      Probe	Set return probe, set supply probe, do not change probe
      Set Point x	Temperature point x, do not change set point x
      AFAX	Close, open, CFM control, do not change AFAX
      Clear Alarms	Active alarm reset, active and inactive alarm reset, do not change clear alarms
      Pre-Trip Initiated Time	Initiates short pre-trip, do not change initiate pre-trip
      Defrost Initiate	Initiates defrost, do not change initiate defrost
      Intelliset Command	Do not execute Intelliset command, read all Intellisets, set Intelliset index
      Optiset Plus	Enable, do not change

      If Poll:

      Poll Command	Request new GPS, do not change

      If Restart:

      Restart	Hardware restart, safe unit restart, do not change

      If Independent:

      If Carrier:

      Settings Upload / Download	Direction: download settings from reefer, upload settings to reefer

   3. Click Send.

If you selected Schedule:

1. Type a unique Reference Name.

2. Specify the start and end dates for the command.

3. Specify a frequency for the command (daily, weekly, or monthly).

4. Click Submit.

5. Click Send.
