Send a Command to a Device

Many pages offer the ability to send a command to one or more selected devices.

  1. When available, click or Send Command.

  2. Specify the Product Type and one or more assets from the Asset ID drop-down list.

  3. Click Next and then follow the steps below depending on the product type.

    If GT 12xx:

    1. Click Send to send a Capture Cargo Image or click Schedule.

    If PT 6000 or RT 6000:

    1. Click Multi Action, Poll, Restart, Independent, FSMA, or Carrier.

    2. Specify the command to send, or when available, click View Schedules for the selected device, or click Schedule.

      If Multi Action:

      Pre-Trip Initiated Time

      Initiates defrost, do not change initiate defrost

      Intelliset Command

      Do not execute Intelliset command, read all Intellisets, set Intelliset index

      Optiset Plus

      Enable, do not change

      If Poll:

    3. Click Send.

     

If you selected Schedule:

  1. Type a unique Reference Name.

  2. Specify the start and end dates for the command.

  3. Specify a frequency for the command (daily, weekly, or monthly).

  4. Click Submit.

  5. Click Send.
