Identifies assets that have not moved within a geofence for a specific time period and have exceeded the detention threshold. The detention report is tied to a geofence name and indicates when an asset has entered and exited the geofence location over a set period. (Usage Reports) |
Provides an aggregate view of the total time an asset spends at each geofence, which allows you to better understand their utilization. This report is also helpful for detention billing. Because some amount of dwell is average in any supply chain, it is important to set target compliance thresholds to help identify loads and facilities that fall outside of the target dwell. Understanding how fuel is being utilized in your fleet is critical to optimizing your operations. The Fuel Report can help you understand if reefer tanks are truly being filled and identify if fuel theft may be taking place. Additionally, the report can help identify where fuel events are taking place, allowing you to confirm when a shipper states they fueled the reefer tank. Non-ORBCOMM fuel sensors may not provide the accuracy necessary for an accurate reporting experience. (Usage Reports) |

View your trailer pool asset count (the number of trailers in the geofence), trailer pool count (the maximum number of trailers required per geofence), truck asset count (the number of trucks in a geofence), and the trailer pool variance (the trailer pool asset count minus the trailer pool threshold; if the number is negative, there are fewer trailers in the geofence than required; if the number is positive, there are more trailers in the geofence than required). The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Report lists all active FSMA alerts generated through the send commands function. Use these alerts to monitor reefers and indicate when the internal temperature fails to achieve a predetermined threshold within a specified timeframe. (Compliance Report) |
