Transfer / Move Installed Units
You can transfer one or more installed asset / device pairings between accounts within the same company (parent-child) hierarchy.

From Setup Menu > Device Management, click the Devices tab. Information presented in the grid is read-only.

In the Device Serial Number column, click the items you want to transfer / move.
NOTE: If you transfer multiple asset / device pairings, they must all be moving to the same account (move to the same location). -
Click Transfer.
NOTE: The Transfer option is only available after you select an item from the Device Serial Number column. - Select the destination account where you want to transfer the unit and then click Next.
- Select how you want to manage historical data and then click Next.
Move and retain in the destination account
Historical data moves with the device and is accessible only in the destination account
Move and clear history
The device moves to the destination account with no historical data preserved

Review your changes and then click Save. Click Previous if you want to make changes. Once the transfer is complete, the change updates on the Devices page.
